Data Center Cost Control Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Center Cost Control Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate, lead, and manage complex cost programs, ensuring strategic alignment through defined project metrics
• Develop and maintain the capital plan, including monthly commercial reports and quarterly accrual submissions for capital projects
• Establish and lead cross-functional cost management programs to enhance performance and optimize controls processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related technical field
• 5 years of experience in program or project management
• 5 years of experience in roles such as quantity surveyor, project controls manager, financial analyst, or construction estimator for data centers or high-capacity facilities
• 5 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for multi-year construction projects
• 5 years of experience managing and negotiating with general contractors and subcontractors on agreements and change orders
