Data Center Cost Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cost Manager - Data Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end cost control services including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Support Project Managers by managing all cost-related processes and serving as the central financial coordination point
• Analyze tool usage and recommend improvements for data streamlining and process efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing costs for hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data center projects
• 5+ years of data center construction scheduling and/or project management expertise
• Deep understanding of cost drivers in data center development
• Current knowledge of material costs, labor rates, and supply chain risks
• Experience in contract support including negotiation and change order management
