Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data center transition and deployment strategies aligned with business growth objectives
• Lead multiple transition and deployment teams while establishing performance standards and accountability frameworks
• Serve as executive sponsor for client transitions and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure program success

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 10+ years of leadership experience in data center operations or large-scale technology transformation
• Experience in organizational change management and building high-performance teams
• Deep knowledge of data center technologies and deployment methodologies
• Established network of industry relationships and thought leadership experience
