Job Summary

To support data center construction projects, the full-time Data Center Estimator will prepare cost estimates, interpret blueprints, and collaborate with project teams while working onsite in Plano, TX.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, bills of materials, and labor projections for data center projects
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to determine project requirements and validate material quantities
• Support bid preparation and maintain historical cost data, ensuring compliance with company standards

Required qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related technical field
• 3-5 years of experience in estimating, project coordination, or data center construction
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, or cabling systems used in mission-critical facilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam, and estimating software (e.g., Trimble, Accubid)
• Knowledge of Division 27 construction specifications in ISP environments
