Data Center High Touch Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Center High Touch Engineer (HTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead escalation support and resolve Severity 1 and Severity 2 network incidents across data center environments
• Drive complex troubleshooting efforts in partnership with Cisco TAC while keeping stakeholders informed
• Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports and act as a customer-facing technical advisor

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in routing, switching, and data center networking environments
• Strong understanding of Nexus (NX-OS), ACI, XR, vPC, VXLAN, OSPF, and BGP
• Proven experience troubleshooting complex network issues in fast-moving environments
• CCNP Route Switch or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in customer-facing engagements
