A company is looking for a Data Center Location Strategy Manager to lead site selection and geographic portfolio strategy for global data center infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the global data center location strategy, including site identification and market prioritization
• Conduct comprehensive site feasibility assessments, evaluating factors such as power availability and network connectivity
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective data center sites, coordinating with various teams to advance through due diligence

Required Qualifications

• Experience engaging with utilities and government agencies related to data center development
• 12+ years of experience in data center site selection or related fields within large-scale technology or energy infrastructure
• Experience leading multi-market site selection processes for large-scale data center facilities
• Bachelor's degree in a directly related field or equivalent practical experience
• Experience developing financial and operational models for capital-intensive infrastructure investments
