Job Summary

Seeking a part-time Data Center Logistics Instructor, the ideal candidate will deliver hands-on training for entry-level careers in data center logistics while facilitating labs, assessing learner progress, and maintaining instructional materials in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training and facilitate hands-on labs to prepare learners for careers in data center logistics
• Monitor and evaluate individual learner progress, providing one-on-one tutoring and addressing any violations consistently
• Maintain and update training curricula, syllabi, and learner records in Salesforce or the LMS

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of teaching or training experience, preferably in a technical field
• Current CompTIA A+ or Server+ certification or equivalent demonstrated experience
• Strong technical background in IT support, including hardware, software, and networking
• Hands-on experience in data center logistics, inventory, or asset management operations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical/industry experience
