Data Center Maintenance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the build and commissioning of large-scale data center infrastructure, the full-time Maintenance Analyst will manage vendor equipment information, coordinate with construction and commissioning teams, and maintain accurate asset records in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the collection, validation, and entry of vendor equipment information into logs and asset registers
• Maintain accurate equipment records, including manufacturer details, model numbers, and maintenance requirements
• Coordinate with vendors and teams to resolve discrepancies in equipment information and support project scheduling

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting data centers or industrial facilities with complex mechanical and electrical equipment
• Familiarity with equipment installation, commissioning, and operational readiness processes
• Ability to interpret technical documentation such as O&M manuals and vendor data sheets
• Experience tracking project schedules and equipment readiness in dynamic environments
• Strong attention to detail in maintaining accurate equipment information across multiple systems
