Job Summary
A company is looking for a Data Center Migration Solutions Engineer or Architect.
Key Responsibilities
- Support enterprise priorities by consulting, designing, and implementing infrastructure migration initiatives
- Architect and design migration solutions for workloads from legacy data centers to preferred environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive migration plans and conduct system assessments
Required Qualifications
- 14+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Systems engineer, Architect, or Consultant focused on data center migrations
- 8+ years of experience with VMware virtualization technologies
- 8+ years of experience working with networking technologies and security best practices
- 8+ years of experience in designing and implementing migration strategies
- Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools and Cloud Platform services
