Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Data Center Operations Director, the successful candidate will oversee account operations with a focus on maximizing the reliability and efficiency of mechanical systems, while managing a team and multi-million dollar budgets in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the facilities management team, ensuring effective operations and staff development
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance performance and drive process improvements
• Act as a key business partner to senior management, coordinating client services and fostering cross-departmental collaboration

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with 8-12 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management within critical facilities or data centers
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to set and achieve targets across multiple departments
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset
