• Manage Data Center and Network facilities operations, ensuring hardware, network, and server availability
• Oversee vendor teams to ensure SLA compliance and drive operational efficiency
• Collaborate with various teams to deliver IT programs and analyze service performance for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Telecommunications or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Three years of experience in monitoring systems and resolving performance issues
• Experience with tools such as SolarWinds for system monitoring
• Proven ability to deliver IT programs through governance and financial planning
• Experience in analyzing service performance and recommending adjustments to Service Level Requirements
