Data Center Practice Lead

Job Summary

Owning and scaling a core technical service line, the full-time Data Center Practice Lead will define practice strategy, develop market-ready services, and ensure high performance and customer satisfaction while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the long-term strategy and roadmap for Data Center services, including developing scalable service offerings
• Act as the primary subject matter expert for Data Center solutions, supporting pre-sales activities and customer engagements
• Create and maintain delivery governance frameworks to ensure adherence to quality and performance standards

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise or hyperscale data centers
• Deep understanding of physical network architecture and data center infrastructure
• Proven experience leading a technical practice or large service line
• Strong pre-sales and client-facing communication skills
• Expertise in developing structured processes and operational playbooks
