Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Center COE Project Management Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape and execute project delivery strategy aligned with global business goals, focusing on efficient processes and continuous improvement
• Ensure superior customer experience by resolving escalated issues and driving customer satisfaction and retention
• Manage a team and oversee project management through KPI achievement and collaboration with sales on planning and resource forecasting

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred; Master's degree or MBA is a plus
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience
• Background in service, project management, switchgear, and power delivery preferred
• Familiarity with relevant solutions is advantageous
• Must have work authorization to work in the US
