Data Center Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Center Project Manager/Owners Rep.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project management for real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, and closeout
• Work with clients to prepare project elements such as scope, budget, and schedules, while ensuring data integrity and documentation accuracy
• Direct the project delivery team and create action plans to meet objectives, tracking progress and reporting on status and variances

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education may be considered
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
• Sophisticated math skills for financial-related calculations
