Data Center Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Center Sr. Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of a major data center construction project as the on-site owner's representative
• Manage the General Contractor and sub-trades, ensuring adherence to the project schedule and safety plan
• Own the project budget, tracking expenditures, change orders, and progress payments

Required Qualifications

• B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture
• 10+ years of experience managing complex construction projects, with at least 5 years in data centers or mission-critical facilities
• Deep understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and commissioning processes
