Data Center Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing a team of project managers, the full-time Data Center Project Manager will oversee all phases of project management, including procurement and contracting, while ensuring compliance and achieving strategic business objectives in a remote or onsite capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision and mentorship to team members, including performance evaluations and training
• Coordinate daily activities, establish work schedules, and manage project timelines and deliverables
• Oversee project management processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance in contract procurement and administration

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience; alternative combinations of education and experience will be considered
• Preferred certifications include LEED AP, PMP, and CCM
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management is preferred
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide team performance
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products and intermediate math skills for financial calculations
