Data Center Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Data Center Reliability Engineer on the Data Science team, the successful candidate will analyze sensor data to identify failure signatures, refine operational logic, and generate insights to enhance data center performance while collaborating with engineering teams and supporting customers.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize telemetry tools to perform multidisciplinary diagnostic analysis of mechanical and electrical systems
• Collaborate with engineering to refine the logic engine and improve data quality for operational tools
• Translate raw telemetry data into actionable insights for data center operators in real-time

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Control Theory, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with data manipulation libraries such as Pandas and NumPy
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven track record of unbiased problem-solving and a commitment to core values of Transparency, Collaboration, and Ownership
