Data Center Service Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Center Service Engineer to support its expanding data center sites across North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data center equipment at multiple sites
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data center operations and resolve escalated issues
• Assist in onboarding and training technical staff for data center start-up projects

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of experience in the Data Center or HVAC industry in a technical support role
• 1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Clean and valid driver's license
• Willingness to travel to and from data centers as needed
