Job Summary
Leading the transition of Data Center sites from Startup & Commissioning to the National Data Center Service Team, the full-time remote Data Center Site Activation Manager will coordinate site turnover activities, develop activation checklists, and ensure operational readiness for customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the process transition of Data Center sites to the National Data Center Field Service Team
- Develop and maintain a master site activation checklist with defined criteria for site turnover
- Coordinate site turnover activities and ensure all documentation is completed and organized
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- 5+ years' experience in service process management, project coordination, or field service management
