Data Center Site Lead

Job Summary

Data Center Site Lead, responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of assigned sites, ensuring compliance and optimization while delivering a high-quality operational experience in a full-time remote role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage site operations, facility services, and asset governance
• Oversee financial management and vendor performance at the site level
• Act as the primary customer relationship owner and lead site-level incident response activities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Facilities Management, Engineering, Operations, or related field
• 5+ years of proven experience in leading site operations or facilities management
• Strong vendor, financial, and contract management experience
• Demonstrated capability in incident and crisis management
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership
