Job Summary
Leading the strategic direction for data center initiatives, the full-time Head of Data Center Strategy & Development will identify investment opportunities, assess project viability, and guide development strategies in a rapidly growing renewable energy platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy across data centers, powered land, and large-load development
- Identify markets and projects with the strongest data center potential
- Translate hyperscaler requirements into clear development priorities
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in data centers, energy infrastructure, renewable energy, or large-load development
- Strong understanding of hyperscaler and data center operator site evaluation
- Experience in assessing development-stage projects and resource allocation
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Ability to collaborate across development, engineering, finance, and executive teams
