Data Center Support Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Center Support Analyst 3.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage mainframe batch cycle scheduling and distributed server/job implementation
• Create and publish yearly calendars for scheduling packages and manage cycle dates
• Participate in disaster recovery tests and provide daily support as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in mainframe software (JCL, TSO, ISPF, SDSF, JES2, Zeke, Zebb)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to work independently or in a team environment
