Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Center Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage tasks through the JIRA ticketing system while troubleshooting data center infrastructure
• Support various teams in the data center environment and manage hardware asset audits
• Provide on-location hardware implementation support and manage spare part inventory

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a related field or relevant degree/certificate
• Understanding of network fundamentals and computer hardware troubleshooting
• Experience with data center equipment and familiarity with the JIRA ticketing system
• Proficiency with Google GSuite applications
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
