Data Center Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Center Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage tasks through the JIRA ticketing system, troubleshooting data center infrastructure
• Support Network Engineering, SysAdmin, and Project Management teams in the data center environment
• Manage hardware asset tags and perform audits, repairs, and on-location support for special projects

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a related field or relevant degree/certificate
• Understanding of network fundamentals and computer hardware troubleshooting
• Experience with data center equipment and familiarity with the JIRA ticketing system
• Proficiency with Google GSuite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Gmail)
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
