Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Center Technical Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Stay updated on advancements in liquid cooling technologies and support customer transitions to higher density racks
• Continuously improve the Risk Management program to align with industry standards
• Lead initiatives to digitize processes and enhance Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management preferred
• Leadership skills to manage and achieve targets across multiple departments
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Advanced organizational skills and sophisticated math skills
