Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Center Critical Environment Trainer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on training sessions on critical systems including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire suppression, and security protocols
• Develop and organize training materials and lesson plans for effective knowledge transfer
• Conduct competency evaluations and document trainee progress against safety and operational standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a critical environment role such as Data Center Technician or Facilities Technician
• Expertise in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and fire suppression systems
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and incident response procedures
• Proven ability to train and mentor entry-level or mid-level technicians
• Proficiency with CMMS and telemetry/monitoring systems
