Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Manager to oversee training operations for data center accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day training operations, including scheduling and program delivery across data center facilities
• Design and deliver hands-on training programs for critical data center systems and conduct technical assessments
• Implement safety training programs and ensure compliance with certification and safety qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Education, or a related technical field with 4+ years of relevant experience
• Solid understanding of data center infrastructure, electrical systems, and safety protocols
• Proven leadership experience managing training teams and coordinating training initiatives
• Excellent project management and organizational capabilities for tracking compliance and documentation
• Proficiency with training management systems and Microsoft Office applications
