Data Centre Manager

Job Summary

To lay the foundation for AI compute infrastructure across the US, the full-time remote Data Centre Manager will own the technical execution and infrastructure setup, leading site evaluations and managing the deployment lifecycle from assessment to operation.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical execution and infrastructure setup for US compute sites, ensuring high performance and reliability
• Lead site evaluations for technical feasibility and drive the full deployment lifecycle from assessment to live operations
• Act as the primary technical presence on-site, collaborating with contractors and internal teams to bring each site online

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in delivering infrastructure projects, including data centre fitouts and commissioning within colo or hyperscale environments
• Deep technical knowledge of mission-critical power infrastructure, including HV/LV distribution, UPS, and backup generation
• Hands-on experience with cooling systems, including liquid cooling and high-density compute environments
• Strong understanding of the infrastructure demands of high-density compute hardware and GPU architectures
• Highly autonomous with a track record of managing physical infrastructure projects in fast-paced settings
