Job Summary

To enhance the proficiency of employees on Revenue Growth Management teams, the part-time contract Data Coach will facilitate live sessions, provide detailed feedback on team submissions, and support learners in utilizing the RGM.AI analytics tool effectively in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate live sessions by monitoring participant engagement, responding to questions, and guiding breakout room activities
• Review team submissions and deliver actionable feedback within 72 hours, while reporting on team progress weekly
• Host office hours and provide asynchronous support to address learner questions and project issues

Required qualifications

• Native Spanish speaker with professional fluency in English
• Experience applying analytics in real business challenges and using generative AI in a commercial context
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and translating data outputs into actionable insights
• Familiarity with enterprise AI governance and data confidentiality norms in a CPG or client-data context
• Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to different learning styles and levels of data maturity
