Data Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the development and delivery of reports and dashboards, the full-time Data Compliance Analyst will analyze data, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with various teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Sources and organizes data from various systems to support departmental programs and reporting needs
• Delivers data analysis by transforming and validating data files while maintaining dashboards for monitoring and testing functions
• Collaborates with IT and other departments to ensure data integrity and provides technical expertise in compliance data and reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in data analytics, data science, or computer science
• 5 or more years of experience in data analysis and report development, preferably in banking-related systems
• Familiarity with banking operations and compliance systems reporting/data management
• Preferred certifications include CRCM or other relevant credentials
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as PowerBI or Tableau, and experience with programming languages like SQL or Python
