Data Configuration Specialist
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and technically skilled, the full-time Data Configuration Specialist will support the configuration, integration, validation, and maintenance of data within the menu technology stack while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Configure, optimize, and maintain assigned menu and restaurant technology products to enhance the guest experience
- Execute product configuration needs, including menu builds, recipe maintenance, and data structure upkeep
- Ensure data quality and configuration changes through validation, testing, and adherence to change control procedures
Required qualifications
- 2+ years' experience with Aloha POS, Olo, Monkey Media, or similar restaurant systems
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, menus, and order workflows
- Proficiency in data entry, spreadsheets (Excel), and system configuration
- Ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience in analytics and A/B testing platforms
