Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of related experience, including prior management experience
• Experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or related technical skills
• Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Azure, or similar programming languages
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data for project initiatives
