Data Conversion Consultant

Job Summary

To support the successful implementation of the Accela Civic Platform, the remote Data Conversion Consultant will manage the end-to-end data migration lifecycle, including data analysis, mapping, transformation, validation, and load execution, while collaborating with technical teams and client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze legacy system data structures and perform data profiling to identify quality issues and transformation requirements
• Lead data-focused workshops with clients to gather requirements and resolve data-related decisions
• Design and execute ETL processes to migrate data into the Accela Civic Platform, ensuring accuracy and integrity

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data migration, data conversion, or ETL-related roles
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases like Oracle or SQL Server
• Hands-on experience with data mapping, transformation, and validation processes
• Proven ability to lead client-facing discussions and engage effectively with stakeholders
• Experience working on SaaS or enterprise application implementations, preferably in the government/public sector
