Data Conversion Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Conversion Specialist to support agency management system data conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage tasks throughout the data conversion process and communicate with team and partners
• Engage in Business Process Analysis and maintain Conversion Data Mapping and Validation
• Investigate data conversion issues and provide resolution plans while producing reports for management

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in customer service or underwriting at an insurance agency
• Experience with Epic, AMS360, or similar systems
• Experience in a training role or responsible for training others
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
