Data Conversion Test Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Conversion Test Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project leadership and clients in planning and testing data conversion for financial system implementation
• Review and update testing plans for data conversion components and supervise a team of testers
• Execute test scripts, document results, maintain a defect log, and lead mock conversions to ensure data integrity

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree with 10 years of experience or Bachelor's degree with 14 years of experience in Federal financial management and ERP implementation
• Experience leading data conversion testers for financial or acquisition systems at large government agencies
• 4 years of experience with Momentum Financials
• 4 years of experience executing test scripts and documenting results
• Knowledge of data conversion testing strategies and methodologies
