Job Summary

Managing day-to-day CRM operations remotely, the full-time Data Coordinator will ensure the accuracy and synchronization of constituent data in Raiser's Edge NXT, execute data hygiene tasks, and provide end-user support and training to Foundation staff.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee daily CRM operations, maintaining and updating constituent contact information and providing end-user support
  • Execute data hygiene and deduplication tasks, including merging duplicate records and managing opt-out lists
  • Own Direct Response mail lists and perform list-building and segmentation to support fundraising campaigns
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of three years of experience in data management or CRM support, preferably in a nonprofit setting
  • Strong proficiency with Raiser's Edge NXT; familiarity with Luminate Online, HubSpot, or Salesforce is a plus
  • Experience with data imports, exports, deduplication, and list segmentation
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP
  • Ability to provide training and support to staff with varying technical proficiency levels
