Data Deputy Director

Job Summary

To support a multi-state program aimed at electing pro-democracy candidates, the full-time remote Data Deputy Director will manage data operations, build and maintain campaign databases, and ensure data quality while collaborating closely with the Executive Director and National Field Director.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain the campaign database, tracking data from multiple platforms
• Work with large datasets using SQL, Python, BigQuery, and other data management tools
• Ensure data quality, maintain pipelines, and troubleshoot issues to guarantee smooth operations across programs

Required qualifications:

• At least 2 cycles of experience with organizing tools such as VAN, PDI, and BigQuery
• Intermediate experience with SQL, Python, and BigQuery; advanced experience preferred
• Experience managing large datasets and writing automations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently while prioritizing effectively
• Experience working across departments to develop data-driven solutions
