Job Summary
Designing and developing reporting and analytics solutions, the full-time remote Data Developer will optimize data pipelines, implement user-friendly dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights for utilities across North America.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines to support reporting and analytics requirements
- Implement and manage reporting solutions using tools like Metabase, ensuring user-friendly dashboards and visualizations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and deliver actionable insights through reports
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, including database design and query optimization
- Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers
- Experience with data visualization tools like Metabase, Tableau, or Power BI
- Strong understanding of database design, data modeling, and ETL processes
