Data Domain Manager

Job Summary

Leading the management and governance of enterprise data, the full-time remote Data Domain Manager will ensure data quality and accessibility across business processes while partnering with stakeholders to establish domain strategy and resolve data issues.

Key responsibilities

• Shape domain data strategy and governance, ensuring data drives business transformation and innovation
• Identify and govern critical data elements, establishing standards and business rules for informed decision-making
• Develop and execute a domain data roadmap to prioritize improvements that maximize business value and mitigate risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related discipline
• 6-8 years of experience in data governance, master data management, or business operations
• Experience with data quality measures, KPIs, and conducting root cause analysis
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability across teams
• Strong knowledge of data governance principles and enterprise data management technologies
