Key Responsibilities

• Monitor dispute case data to identify trends and patterns
• Utilize predictive analytics to forecast risk areas and implement necessary changes
• Collaborate with business units to enhance dispute handling processes and ensure compliance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, dispute resolution, risk management, or banking operations
• Knowledge of dispute and chargeback rules from Visa, Mastercard, and Pulse
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical software (Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.)
• Experience with case management systems and payment processing systems
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks governing dispute resolution (e.g., Reg E, PCI-DSS)
