Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Data Engineer will design, build, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines while ensuring data quality and governance across diverse data sources.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable ETL pipelines for data ingestion and transformation
• Ensure adherence to data management standards and quality control processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data management within Databricks and SQL Server environments

Required qualifications

• At least three years of professional experience in data engineering or a related field
• Strong skills in SQL and Python for data ingestion and transformation
• Hands-on experience with Databricks Unity Catalog and SQL Server managed instances
• Familiarity with data governance and quality management practices
• Proficiency in streaming/batch ingestion frameworks and modern Lakehouse architecture
