Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Engineer in New York, NY.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop tools for platform and process automation and integration
Mentor project teams on technical best practices and design reviews
Manage system administration tools, performance monitoring, and data pipelines

Required Qualifications:

Master's or Bachelor's degree in data science, applied statistics, or related field
2 years of experience with cloud architecture, AWS, Python, Linux, and Apache Spark
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git and relational/non-relational database tools
Knowledge of database server platform sizing, troubleshooting, tuning, and disaster recovery
Ability to telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. or Nielsen U.S. office
