Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Engineer for the Optimized Checkout and Link team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and own data architecture for large-scale projects
• Create frameworks to improve data logging and resolve data issues
• Productize data ingestion and delivery, optimizing data pipelines and dashboards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering; Master's preferred
• 5+ years of experience with distributed data frameworks (Hadoop/Spark/Pig)
• Strong SQL proficiency and experience with query optimization
• Strong coding skills in Scala or Java for building data pipelines
• Experience with systems like Hadoop, Spark, Presto, Iceberg, and Airflow
