Job Summary
A company is looking for a Data Engineer II to support the development of scalable and efficient data pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like dbt and Airflow
- Design and implement data models to support project and product needs
- Optimize query performance and improve data pipeline efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in Python, Airflow, dbt, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and BigQuery
- Experience in data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and workflow orchestration
- Understanding of data governance and best practices for data security
