Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Engineer to develop and implement secure data sets that support key business processes and decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement accurate, consistent, and secure data sets supporting key business processes and decisions
• Organize data into optimal structures and develop a business-driven data pipeline optimized for business needs
• Provide technical leadership to design and deliver a maintainable data pipeline while driving understanding of key performance indicators

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Business knowledge in industrial automation data and Manufacturing Information Systems (MIS)
• Specific knowledge of Data Historian and Denodo/Data Virtualization
• Domain knowledge in data process automation and data architecture using SQL, Python, R, SAS, or other languages
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Manufacturing, Field, Facility, or related field preferred
