Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Engineer (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy Engineering and Integration solutions in collaboration with Data Engineering, Data Architects, and Machine Learning teams
• Implement data structures, workflows, and integrations to ensure accurate business process execution
• Maintain scalable data pipelines and improve database performance, while ensuring compliance with data governance and security standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field
• Experience with advanced analytics tools and programming languages such as Scala, Python, and Java
• Strong experience with SQL and Spark
• Exposure to Big Data Development using Hive, Impala, and Spark, as well as familiarity with Kafka
• Experience with data governance, data quality, and data security processes
