Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Engineer (remote).

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain data structures, workflows, and integrations for accurate business processes
Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and create new API integrations to handle increasing data volume
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while collaborating with analytics and engineering teams to automate data analysis

Required Qualifications

5+ years of progressive software experience in relevant technologies
3+ years of experience in designing complex service-oriented systems
Strong experience in the Databricks ecosystem and advanced analytics tools using Python, Java, or Scala
Database development experience with SQL, SPARK, or BigQuery, and familiarity with NoSQL databases like Hadoop and MongoDB
Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field is preferred
