Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Engineer to design and implement data flows for operational systems and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build data streaming systems while optimizing existing data flows
Conduct data profiling and source system analysis to support data usage
Participate in the design, building, and testing of data products and integration services

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
5-10 years of experience in data engineering or a similar role
Experience with big data pipeline architectures and data sets
Proficiency in object-oriented scripting languages such as Scala and/or Python
Familiarity with cloud technologies and relational/NoSQL databases
