Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intermediate Data Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and delivery to analytics platforms
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and system owners to understand data requirements and ensure timely access to accurate data
• Build and manage data warehouses while ensuring data quality, consistency, and implementing best practices for code maintainability

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience as a Data Engineer
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala for data processing (Python preferred)
• Advanced understanding of SQL and analytical data warehouses
• Strong data modeling skills and hands-on experience with ETL tools like Fivetran, Airflow, or DBT
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
