Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Part-Time Contractor - Data Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve existing data and business analytics systems using DBT, Fivetran, and Tableau
• Model a large marketing dataset using DBT
• Troubleshoot and fix data pipeline issues, responding to alerts generated by monitoring systems

Required Qualifications:

• Eligible to work as an independent contractor from any location within the Americas and overlap with Eastern Standard Time (EST)
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• 3-5 years of experience in data engineering with deep hands-on experience in DBT
• Proficiency in DBT, Python, SQL (Redshift/Postgres), and Git
• Comfort with debugging data pipelines and maintaining legacy systems
